Department of Sociology

One of the development priorities of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities at Neyshabur University has been the establishment and development of a dedicated Department of Sociology. Through the continued efforts of university administrators and the recruitment of experienced faculty members, the department officially commenced its educational and research activities in Mehr 1397 (September–October 2018) with the admission of its first cohort of undergraduate students.

The Department of Sociology is currently one of the youngest academic departments within the Faculty of Literature and Humanities.

In the coming years, the department aims to significantly expand its educational and research activities by increasing student enrollment, recruiting distinguished and experienced faculty members, and further developing and equipping its educational and research facilities.
